1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Proof of damage may be requested to process your return.

The item must be handed over in the original packaging and condition.
3. Refund Process
As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are issued in one of the following ways:
